The cultivation of human sample material within the temperature
range of the incubator for diagnostic purposes within the meaning
of IVD Directive 98/79/EC within the scope of medical examina-
tions of people with the aim of ruling out or specifying a patholog-
ical condition.
■
The cultivation/temperature control of human material, but also
of other substances or objects within the temperature range of
the incubator in connection with therapeutic actions (within the
meaning of the Medical Device Directive 93/42/EEC) on humans.
■
Operation in an explosive, biologically, chemically or radioactively
contaminated atmosphere.
■
Loading the incubator with combustible or explosive materials or
with materials that chemically react with one another in a highly
exothermic manner.
■
The presence of persons or animals inside the incubator.
■
Using the incubator or its accessories as a climbing aid.
■
Operation outdoors.
■
Use on moving platforms such as ships, rolling stock or aircraft.
■
Operation of devices in interior areas that generate heat or vibra-
tions.
Only original spare parts and original accessories approved by the
manufacturer may be used.
WARNING
If no original spare parts or original accessories are
used, the warranty as well as liability claims against
the company Andreas Hettich GmbH & Co. KG are
void.
