Open in sequence the MAINS INPUT switch (DJE), the UPS OUTPUT switch (DJS) and
finally the RESERVE LINE input switch (DJER). The load will be directly fed by the reserve
line through the manual Bypass switch.
ATTENTION!
In such conditions, the load is directly fed by the reserve line and inside the UPS
no dangerous voltages are present, except in the compartment (protected by a
metal panel) where the input and output cables are connected, and - for a few
minutes - on the inverter DC and AC capacitors (also protected by a metal panel).
3.8 INSTRUCTIONS TO RETURN FROM THE MANUAL BYPASS MODE TO
NORMAL OPERATION
1. Close the RESERVE LINE INPUT switch (DJER).
The LCD panel and all UPS logic boards will start their normal operation.
If the voltage parameters of the reserve line are correct, the UPS fans will turn on. On the
control panel, the red led will light up.
NOTE!
In case of technical problems, if the fans will not switch on, do not proceed
with the UPS activation and contact the Technical Service.
2. Close the UPS OUTPUT switch (l4).
On the control panel, the red LED will remain lit.
3. Open the MANUAL BYPASS switch (DJBP).
The load connected to the UPS output will be fed by the reserve line. Install the padlock on
the manual Bypass switch (DJBP).
On the control panel, the red LED will remain lit.
4. Close the MAINS LINE INPUT switch (l1).
After a few seconds, the start procedure will begin. Depending on the UPS initialization
configuration, refer to one of the following sections:
