6 TROUBLESHOOTING
6.1 GENERAL ALARMS
In case of a UPS fault, the default screen will be replaced by one of the alarm messages
indicated in the table below:

Inverter OFF
Inverter overload
(>100 % - >125 % - >150 %)
Static switch locked
Battery test failure
Battery pre-alarm
Line unavailable
Reserve not available
Emergency UPS off
Parallel data "communication
failure"
When a UPS has a fault that cannot be solved and cannot guarantee uninterrupted power supply
for the critical load, an EMERGENCY Bypass must be made and then the equipment must be
isolated and disconnected. After this procedure, contact the Service Center.

High transient loads at UPS output
3 unsuccessful switching attempts on
the inverter.
Battery test failure
Battery almost discharged; the inverter
is about to shut down

The EPO command was triggered
The device is disabled due to lack of
communication
Troubleshooting
Action
Start the inverter
Check the output
Check the output load and restart the
inverter
Check for short circuit at the output
Check the output load and restart the
inverter
Check the battery
Check the battery fuses
Switch off non-essential loads
Check the mains voltage and the position
of the input switch
Check the phase sequence
Check the voltages of the reserve line
Turn off the UPS by fully opening all the
battery switches and fuses. Wait until
the LCD is completely off, then restart
the UPS or reset the EPO via menu 6.1
