The Maximum Number of Consecutive Descents is equal to the Total
Cumulative Descent Distance divided by the Descent Height. Total
Cumulative Descent Distances for various weight limitations are as
follows:

The Tool Tether has a maximum capacity of 4.5 kg (10.0 lbs) for the combined
weight of all connected tools. When connected to the user's body, the weight of
the tool hooked to the tether should not exceed 2.26 kg (5.0 lbs), unless explicitly
authorized by the user instruction manual (5903835).

The Rescue Cable Grab is designed for rescue use with wire cable lifelines with a
measurement of 3/16" to 7/32" in diameter.

The 3M Rescue Web Grab has been tested and proven effective on most types of
3M Lanyards. However, testing has shown that on very thin Lanyards, such as our
Retrax model, slippage may occur. Prior to deployment for potential emergency
use, the Web Grab should be tested with the specific make and model of Lanyards
being used on your worksite to ensure compatibility.
