Description
The chamber is evacuated until the pressure for the vacuum test is reached.
This is followed by an equilibration time of five minutes.
The measurement period is ten minutes. In this time the pressure increase in
the chamber is measured. The evacuation pressure and the equilibration time
or measurement period are shown on the display.
After the measurement period has elapsed, the chamber is ventilated. A
message with the details of the leak rate is then shown on the display.
If the leak rate is too high, that is, it is greater than 1.3 mbar, the message also
indicates this.
On the display the current batch number for the day alternates with
"Acknowledge with "+" key". After pressing the (+) key, you can open the door.
