35) Installing Power Unit

1. Clean mating faces of engine base and cylinder ass'y, and
then, attach dowel pins 1 gasket 2. Apply Loctite 5910 to
engine basement.
2. Install power unit securely, and tighten engine mount bolts
3 specified torque.

3. Install other parts reverse of their removing steps.

Use new engine base gasket.
Engine Mount Bolts 3 :
25 N · m (18 lb · ft) [2.5 kgf · m]
Be careful not to catch wires and hoses and other
parts between engine base mating surfaces.
After installing power unit, make sure to check
and adjust throttle cable.
