9) Removing Intake Manifold and
Reed valves
Remove throttle lever bolt 1.

2. Loosen intake manifold mounting bolts, nuts and remove
intake manifold 2 in the order shown.

Remove reed valve ass'y 3.
3.
10) Inspection of Reed Valve Ass'y
1. Check reed valve and valve seat surface for bend, wear
and damage. Replace if the bend is out of the specified
range.
