Remove tiller handle installation bolts 1.
Remove throttle grip 2. Then, Remove spring pin from
spacer 3.
Spring Pin Tool (A) (ø3.0) 4 :
P/N. 345-72227-0
Disassemble and check tiller handle components.
Replace if necessary.
Set throttle shaft 1 and friction piece 2 into tiller handle
as shown. Apply OBM grease to sliding face.
Do not apply OBM grease to sliding face of friction
piece.
Tighten throttle grip screw 3 temporarily. Then, install
spring pin 4 into spacer.
Spring Pin Tool (A) (ø3.0) :
P/N. 345-72227-0
Install throttle grip.
