1 Standard bread
Basic programme for almost all breads such as white
and mixed breads.
2 French bread
For light breads with fine flour, only little sugar and fat.
The bread is usually fluffy and has a crispy crust. It is not
suitable for baking recipes that require butter, margarine
or milk.
3 Whole grain bread
For breads with a high percentage of wheat, rye, oats,
etc.
4 Quick bread
For the quick preparation of whole grain bread.
5 Sweet bread
For preparing sweet bread, e.g. brioche.
6 Sandwich bread
For preparing sandwich bread.
7 Gluten-free bread
Specially developed for gluten-free bread.
8 Mix
Mix programme to make dough that does not need to
rise (e.g. pasta).
9 Yoghurt
For making yoghurt from whole milk.
10 Dessert
For making dessert dishes (see recipes).
11 Dough
Only for kneading dough without baking.
12 Marmelade
Use this setting for making jam from fresh fruit and
for making marmalade.
13 Cake
For preparing cakes from sponge dough
(baking powder dough).
14 Bake
For re-baking bread when a loaf is too light or not
baked through.
15 Self-made bread
Individual setting of the programme phases for
gluten-free food.
