or too little salt. Please always measure all ingre-
dients exactly and check whether all ingredients
have been added. Adjust the amounts of ingre-
dients if necessary.

You have used too little or no yeast. Please always
measure all ingredients exactly and check whether
all ingredients have been added. Adjust the quan-
tities of ingredients if necessary.
You have used yeast that is too old or has expired.
Use only fresh ingredients.
The added liquid was too hot. Use only room
temperature liquids.
The yeast has come into contact with the liquid.
Use only room temperature liquids. Add the
ingredients in the order described. Put the yeast
in a small hole in the middle and avoid contact
between yeast and liquid.

The bread is falling apart.
Your quantity is too big for the mould. Please
always measure all ingredients exactly. If you use
ingredients that contain water, you must reduce
the amount of liquid accordingly.
Too early or too fast fermentation due to too warm
water or a too warm baking chamber. Heat causes
the dough to rise more quickly and collapse again
before baking. Use only room temperature liquids.
If the room temperature is high, do not use the timer
and only use cold ingredients to prevent the dough
from fermenting too quickly.
