OPERATION
3) Select the appropriate product deaeration program and set the sealing time.
PhASE DESCRIPTION
1 Select the "deaeration" program with the UP/DOWN cursor keys.
2 Select one of the nine deaeration programs with the SElselection button.
Enter programming mode by pressing PROG for 3 seconds. The display shows

SEALING associated with the default value or with the value set previously.
4 Press PROG briefly to select SEALING.
Change the value. A number of LEDs that are proportional to the sealing value or

date stamp are activated/deactivated
6 Confirm the value with PROG.

4) Interruption of the cycle: pressing the STOP button at any time, the machine immediately stops the cycle and the
chamber is decompressed.

9.6.2 DEAERATION PERfORMED WITh CONTAINERS

Proceed as follows:
1) Introduce the container holding the product in the vacuum
chamber. Use a container that is large enough, with high sides, and
fill it up no further than the 3/5 point.
2) Select the deaeration program that is suitable for the product.
