PROblEM
The appliance terminates the pro-
grammed work cycle but without
sealing the bag or without activa-
ting the vacuum pump.
Machine not working.
Insufficient vacuum in chamber.

Plexiglas cover does not close.
The plexiglass lid does not open. • Overtravel block in rest position.
Insufficient vacuum in bag/bag
does not maintain vacuum.

POSSIblE CAUSES
• Vacuum pump or sealing transfor-
mer overheating.
• Machine Off.
• No power supply.
• Machine damage.
• Time set insufficient.
• Vacuum pump performance insuf-
ficient.
• Cover gasket worn.
• External containers evacuation
valve open.
• Pressure exerted on Plexiglas cover
during appliance start up insuffi-
cient.
• Jars evacuation valve still open.
• Gas function active.
• Pump not working.
• Cover gasket worn.
• Hinges out of alignment.
• Gas spring damaged.
• Bag positioned incorrectly.
• Bag perforated.
• Sealing insufficient.
• Bag defective.
• Dirty bag open.
• Bag too big or too small in relation
to product size.
TROUblEShOOTING
SOlUTION
• Wait approximately 15 or 20 minutes for the ap-
pliance to cool; at the end of this period the vacuum
chamber will be depressurised and the work cycle
can be resumed.
• Switch on the machine using the ON/OFF main
switch.
• Insert the plug in a socket (check the voltage!).
• Check power cable to make sure it is intact.
• Check fuses PF3 and PF4 on the power board to
make sure they are intact and inserted correctly.
• Contact a Service centre.
• Increase evacuation time using the "VACUUM" key.
• Check oil.
• Check pump exhaust filter.
• Replace cover gasket.
• Close valve.
• Lower cover with both hands, exerting more pres-
sure.
• Close the valve.
• Deactivate the gas function changing the parameter
in the menu.
• Change pump fuse PF1 on the power board.

• Change the gasket.
• Adjust the cover hinge (contact a Service Centre).
• Turn the block by 180°.
• Replace gas spring.
• Place the bag in the centre on the sealing bar projec-
ting by 20 mm beyond it.
• Choose a thicker bag and wrap the product with
cling film or soft paper.
• Increase the sealing time using the "SEAL" key.
• Change the bag.
• Use a new bag and avoid smearing the opening
with oil, grease, etc.
• Choose a bag size suitable for product dimensions.
