Model Indications
TLK 25 If cannot enable Talkgroup Scanning,
Series Scan is not enabled after you enable the
Scan feature and the voice announcement
sounds, informing to contact the adminis-
trator as the feature is restricted.
Problem Receiving Group or Private Calls
Model Indications
TLK 110 If cannot receive Group or Private Calls,
the radio shows the following indications:
● The radio is able to initiate new calls
and reply to calls in progress but is
unable to receive new calls.
● The green and amber LEDs blink slow-
ly.
● The radio status bar shows the
Not Disturb icon.
TLK 25 If cannot receive Group or Private Calls,
Series the device shows the following indications:
● The device is able to initiate new calls
and reply to calls in progress but is
unable to receive new calls.
● The green and yellow LEDs blink alter-
nately.

● Verify that Enable Talkgroup Scanning
is enabled under Corporate Manage-
ment → PTT Users → Talkgroups in the
WAVE PTX Portal and that one or more
talkgroups are assigned in the scan list.
● Enable scanning in your device through
voice command or under SETTINGS
→ Voice Control Policy page in the
WAVE PTX Portal.
Resolutions
Disable Do Not Disturb from the radio menu
or the WAVE PTX Portal.
