Troubleshooting
2.1
Entering Maintenance Mode
Prerequisites: Turn off your device.
Procedure:
Perform one of the following actions according to your device model:

TLK 110 Press and hold the PTT button and
Talkgroup Scroll Rocker (CH-), and
turn on your radio.
TLK 25 Press and hold the following buttons si-
Series multaneously:
● Power button
● Volume Down button
● Push-to-Talk (PTT) button

Connecting to the Maintenance Mode Portal
Prerequisites: Ensure that your device is in maintenance mode.
Procedure:
1. If you need to configure the Wi-Fi network or download logs, perform one of the following actions:

Actions
Connect a USB cable between your device and computer.
NOTE:
If you are using Windows 10, no drivers are required to connect
your device to your computer.
Once connected, the computer shows your device as Remote
NDIS Device under Network adapters.

● The display shows boot animation.
● The display shows Maintenance.
● A positive indicator tone sounds.
● The voice announcement sounds.
