Verificare l'impianto di alimenta-
zione elettrica
Sostituire la scheda elettronica

Riempire il serbatoio di lubrifi-
cante
Scollegare la tubazione primaria
del raccordo di attacco al pom-
pante. Azionare la pompa secon-
do il ciclo di funzionamento in
continuo fino a quando dal pom-
pante non esce lubrificante com-
pletamente privo di bolle d'aria.
Oppure:
Aprire lo spurgo, posto sul grup-
po di controllo, fino a quando
non esce lubrificante.Richiudere
lo spurgo.
Svuotare il serbatoio e riempirlo
con lubrificante idoneo
Smontare il pompante e ripulire i
condotti di aspirazione
Sostituire il pompante
Controllare lo stato di tubazioni
e i collegamenti ai raccordi.
Sostituire le tubazioni usurate.
Controllare i dosaggi con lo
schema dell'impianto
Riprogrammare il tempo di pausa
Controllare che sia 12 vdc o 24
vdc a seconda del modello e
intervenire sul circuito di alimen-
tazione

Cause Solution
No power Check the system's power supply
The electronic circuit board is not Replace the electronic circuit

Contact Customer Service
The gear drive is out of order Replace the gearmotor
(broken) Contact Customer Service
Resevoir empty Fill resevoir with lubricant
Air bubbles in the lubricant Disconnect the primary air hose
fitting from the pump coupling.
Operate the pump according to
the continuous operation cycle
until the pumping lubricant is
completely free from air bubbles.
Or:
Activate purging/bleeding, found
on the main group of controls,
until such time as the lubricant/
grease oozes from the system.
Deactivate purging/bleeding.
Use of unsuitable lubricant Empty the tank and fill it with
suitable lubricant
Clogged pumping element Disassemble the pump and clean
the suction side
The piston of the pumping ele- Replace the pump
