Playing ina
Desired Order
You can make a program by designating up
to 24 selections in a desired order. The unit
will play the disc according to your program.
Concerning the method for recording a
program, see pages 46, 48.
Playing a Program
1 Press PROGRAM.
"PROGRAM" appears in the display.
2 Press the numeric buttons of the
,
desired selections in the desired
1
order.
PROGRAM
To select a selection number over 20,
see page 20.
The display shows:
a) The last programmed selection
b) The order to be played
c) The total playing time
d) Programmed selection numbers
If you choose unwanted selections
Each time you press CLEAR, the last
selection chosen is deleted.
3 Press P.
Program play starts.
To stop playing
Press Mf.
When you press B>, you can play the same
program repeatedly.
To erase program, press
—CONTINUE or SHUFFLE and the unit
enters continuous or shuffle play mode
respectively.
~Hi once in stop mode; twice during play.
~ POWER to turn off the unit while playing a
program.
—# OPEN/CLOSE while playing a
program.
If you press PROGRAM during play
You can make a program. The selection being
played will be the first one in the program.
if "----—"
is displayed instead of the total
playing time
— You have programmed a selection number over
24,
— The total time has exceeded 100 minutes.
On the displayed tota! playing time
Selections programmed consecutively but which
are not numerically consecutive (i.e. 1, 3, 5, etc.)
have a one second access time biank added
between each one. This increase is automatically
added to the displayed total playing time. If the
auto space function is on, all the spaces between
selections become 3 seconds long, and the extra
3 o
time is added to the displayed total playing time.
