Recording a
Program
5 start recording on the cassette deck
and press P.

The selections for side A starts playing.
It is better to start recording on the
casseite deck first to transport the
leader tape before pressing ® on this
unit.
To play the selections for side B
When the selections for side A are played,
the unit enters pause mode. Reverse the
tape, then press > or Ul.
To check your program
See page 34.
While checking the program for side A,
(<5) appears, while for side B (c.5)
appears in the display.
To change your program
See page 34.
To check the remaining time
Press TIME/MEMO (or TIME) once to see
the remaining time of the selection being
played; twice to see the total remaining
time; once more to return to the initial
display.
If you have inserted a pause, the display
.
shows the remaining time until the pause.
When you use the auto space
function
All the blank spaces between selections will
automatically be set uniformly to 3 seconds.
Therefore, playing time displayed for each
selection will include additional 3 seconds
(page 24).
If"----—"is displayed instead of the
total playing time
~— You have programmed a selection
number over 24.
— The total time has exceeded 100 minutes.
The program is erased in the following
cases
e If you change the other play mode.
e lf you turn off the power during program
play.
