2.1 SVUOTAMENTO OLIO MOTORE
NOTA - Prima d'iniziare qualsiasi operazione di scompo-
sizione del motore per rimozione, riparazione, so-
stituzione di componenti interni, è consigliabile
svuotare il motore stesso dall'olio.
2.2 TAPPO CARICO OLIO
• Svitare il tappo di rifornimento e
rabbocco olio.
• Verificare lo stato di conservazio-
ne dell'anello O-Ring (A) ed even-
tualmente sostituirlo.
3.
TAPPO MAGNETICO
• Svitare il tappo di scarico (A).
• Verificare che non vi siano re-
sidui metallici sull'estremità
magnetica (B) del tappo, in
modo particolare durante il pri-
mo periodo di rodaggio. I resi-
dui dovranno risultare di mini-
me dimensioni ed in modeste
quantità. Verificare inoltre l'in-
tegrità della guarnizione di te-
nuta (C).

FILTRO OLIO
• Svitare le tre viti (V) e rimuovere
il coperchietto (A).
• Estrarre la molla (B).
• Estrarre il filtro olio (C).
Non disperdere il filtro nel-
l'ambiente, ma smaltirlo nel
pieno rispetto delle normati-
ve vigenti.
Il filtro rimosso non può
essere riutilizzato.
Utilizzare filtro originale
Moto Morini.

such as removal, servicing or, replacement of
inside components, remember to drain the
engine oil.
2.2 OIL FILLER PLUG
• Slacken the oil filler.
• Check the o-ring (A) for wear and
replace it, if necessary.

MAGNETIC PLUG
• Unscrew the drain plug (A).
• Make sure there are no metal
residues on the plug
magnetic side (B), especially
during the running-in period
the residues dimensions and
quantity should be very
small. Also check the seal
ring (C) integrity.
4.
OIL FILTER
• Slacken the three screws (V) and
remove the cover guard (A).
• Remove the spring (B).
• Remove the oil filter (C).
Do not dispose of the filter
in the environment but
dispose of it in compliance
with the law in force.
Never re-use the removed
filter.
Use an original Moto
Morini filter spare part.
