• Riscaldare tramite riscaldatore com-
merciale a soffio, il mozzo del rotore
volano per 5 - 10 minuti.
• Avvitare l'attrezzo:
"estrattore volano"

Sgrassare le parti con Loctite
7063.
Applicare Loctite 648 all'interno
del foro conico del rotore, spin-
gere il rotore completo sull'albero
motore, inserire la molla a tazza,
avvitare il dado e serrare alla cop-
pia prescritta.
• Trattenere l'attrezzo con una chiave
aperta ed avvitare la vite fino ad estrar-
re completamente il volano.
18.1 VERIFICA COMPONENTI
18.1.1 Volano magnete
• Verificare:
visivamente l'integrità dei magneti.
Che la gabbia di supporto dei magneti non presenti defor-
mazioni o danneggiamenti.
18.1.2 Ruota libera
• Verificare che non vi siano evidenti
segni di usura anomala sui rulli. In
caso contrario svitare le viti (V6),
l'anello esterno (A), quindi rimuo-
vere e sostituire la ruota libera.

18.1
COMPONENTS INSPECTION
18.1.1 Magneto flywheel
• Control:
visually the integrity of the magnets.
That the magnets support cage does not present any
deformation or damages.

• By means of a commercial blow heater
the flywheel rotor hub for around 5/10
minutes.
• Screw the tool:
"flywheel puller"
code M001.00002.400.
Degrease all parts with Loctite
7063.
Apply Loctite 648 inside the
rotor conic hole, push the whole
rotor onto the driving shaft, fit
the Belleville washer, screw the
nut and tighten to the prescribed
torque.
• Hold the tool with a spanner and tighten
the screw until removing the flywheel
completely.
18.1.2 Freewheel
• Control that there isn't any sign
of anomalous wear on the rollers.
If necessary, loosen the screws
(V6), the outside ring (A) in order
to remove and replace the free
wheel.
