banco, va effettuato a secco ed
a carter freddo, con l'attrezzo:
"Tampone inserimento bronzine"
cod. M001.00020.400
abbinato ad una pressa.
È consigliabile inserire le
bronzine di banco, dopo
aver montato i vari cusci-
netti nel semicarter.
• Inserire l'attrezzo come illustra-
to in figura.

• La punzonatura della selezione dell'alloggiamento, si
trova all'interno del semicarter nella zona circostante la
sede stessa.

Orientare i semigusci con
l'unione sull'asse orizzon-
tale (come rappresenta-
to in figura). La profondi-

• Fit the cranksfìhaft bearings
with dry and cold casing by
means of the tool:
"Bearing entry buffer"
code M001.00020.400
and a press.
• Fit the tool as indicated in the
piscture.

• The housing selection punching is located inside the
carter in the area near the housing itself.
Selection category A - Ø 63,662 ÷ 63,672
Selection category B - Ø 63,672 ÷ 63,682

We suggest fitting the
crankshaft bearings after
assembling the different
bearings inside the casing.
Fit the half-shell with the
connector on the horizon-
tal axe (as shown in the
picture).. The half-shell
depth with respect to the
carter shim must be 1.65
- 1.75 mm.
