27.2.3 Selezione di accoppiamento bronzine
NOTA - Le bronzine vanno accoppiate seguendo il seguen-
te schema di selezione.
Selezione A = Semicuscinetti selezione rossa
Selezione B = Semicuscinetti selezione blu
• La punzonatura della selezione dell'alloggiamento, si
trova all'interno del semicarter nella zona circostante la
sede stessa. L'ulteriore verifica può essere eseguita
rilevando i diametri della bancata:
Selezione A - Ø 63,662 ÷ 63,672
Selezione B - Ø 63,672 ÷ 63,682
Orientare i semigusci con
l'unione come rappresentato
in figura. La profondità dei se-
micuscinetti rispetto al rasa-
mento del carter, deve risul-
tare 1,65 - 1,75 mm.
27.3 MONTAGGIO CUSCINETTI E
COMPONENTI VARI
• Introdurre l'anello di tenuta asta
frizione (E), con la molletta del
labbro di tenuta, rivolto verso la
parte interna del semicarter.
• Inserire a fondo l'anello di tenuta (E) con
l'ausilio dell'attrezzo:
"Tampone per anello di tenuta"

• Inserire la tenuta (D) (F. 30/h).
27.3.1 Cuscinetto albero primario
cambio
• Riscaldare il semicarter volano alla
temperatura di 130° C.
• Posizionare il cuscinetto (4 - F. 30/g)
nella sede, sul semicarter volano con le
sfere a vista dall'interno.

casing in the area near the housing itself. It is possible
to carry out a further check by measuring the
crankcase diameters.

27.3 ASSEMBLING THE
• Fit the clutch lever seal ring (E)
with the sealing lip facing the
inside of the casing.
• Fit the seal ring (E) properly by means of
the tool:
"Seal ring buffer"
code M001.00011.400
• Fit the seal (D) (F. 30/h).
27.3.1 Gearbox primary shaft bearing
• Warm the flywheel casing to the
temperature of 130° C.
• Fit the bearing (4 - F. 30/g) into its
raceway on the flywheel cover guard with
the spheres facing inwards.
Fit the half-shell as
displayed in the picture.
The half-shell depth with
respect to the casing shim
must be 1.65 - 1.75 mm.
