What do I do if...
The lid cannot be opened
The lid can't be opened (no pressure in cooker).
The pressure indicator remains high, even though there
is no more steam being released.
The lid shaft handle is damaged.
Pot shaft handle/pot side handle is loose.
Pot handle/pot side handle is damaged.

It can be due to one of the following causes
→ There is pressure in the cooker.
→ The residual pressure stop is jammed (e.g. with slider).
→ The aroma sealing cap is inverted. The pressure
indicator is not in the initial position.
→ Aroma sealing cap is damaged or deformed.
→ Negative pressure has occurred in the cooker
when cooling down. Overpressure valve and oper-
ating valve are clogged.
→ Slider can't be moved to "OPEN".
→ The aroma sealing cap is inverted.
→ The aroma sealing cap is deformed.
→ Pressure indicator is jammed.
→ Broken spring on the pressure indicator.
→ Improper handling.
→ Signs of use
