Speed
The speed can be adjusted in steps of 5 % between 5 % and 100 %.
Default setting: 50 %
Timer (therapy timer)
The therapy time is always indicated at the top right of the display (in the
header). When the arrow points upward, it is the elapsed time (continuous
operation); when the arrow points downward, it is the remaining therapy time
(timer activated).
Default setting: Continuous operation (∞).
In continuous operation,you must press the STOP button to end the therapy
session.
However, you can also select therapy durations of 1 to 59 minutes in steps of
1 minute and of 1 to 12 hours in steps of 30 minutes.
When the time has elapsed, the device switches automatically off and stops in
the neutral/starting position.
Note!
The manufacturer recommends an application period of up to 1 hour per
therapy session.
Warm-up protocol
The warm-up protocol allows the patient to slowly become used to the set
maximum positions.
The device starts the warm-up protocol at the set maximum adduction posi-
tion and midway between the maximum anteversion/retroversion positions
and internal/external rotation positions. The range of motion increases with
each cycle, until all set maximum values are reached after a total of 15 cycles.
The warm-up protocol can be selected to precede any motion pattern.
