Logging in and out of the CC

You can log into the call distribution from any telephone in your system using your
personal call number and password (provided the telephone has been
pre-configured in the system).
Your personal call number and password can be obtained from your system
administrator. You can change your password yourself if required (→ p. 31).
Logging into the CC
Press the "Menu" function key.
Scroll to menu

Confirm your selection.
Scroll to menu

Confirm your selection.

CC user function
Confirm your selection.
Enter your personal phone number, maximum 5 digits.
Scroll to menu
Password:
Enter your personal six-digit password.

Log in
• For faster logging in, your system administrator can set up a "CC" function key.
• To log out, accept the status message "User xxx" by pressing the "OK" key and
then choose "Log out".
