Switching in the supervisor -

If you need help during a conversation with a customer, you can press either an
emergency call key (SupAct) or a support key (SupPas) on the telephone.
Operation of either of these keys will be signalled to the supervisor. The supervisor
can cut into or listen to your call at any time.
Allowing the supervisor to listen to call
While you are engaged on a call:

Press the "SupPas" (Supervisor Passive) display key. The corresponding
display field flashes. As soon as the supervisor acknowledges, the display field
stops flashing and is shown in inverse. The supervisor is now listening.
Switching the supervisor into the conversation
While you are engaged on a call:
Press the "SupAct" (Supervisor Active) display key. The corresponding
display field flashes. As soon as the supervisor acknowledges, the display field
stops flashing and is shown in inverse. The supervisor can now talk to both you and
the caller.
