Logging agent groups in and out

An agent group consists of several participants who can be accessed via a common
code. Before you log in for an agent group, you must select the group. You can be
logged into up to five groups at the same time and you can log out of any or all of
the groups at any time.
Selecting agent group
Select the desired agent group by pressing the corresponding display key,

Logging in an agent group
After you have selected an agent group:
Press "Log in/out" function key.
Your operator set is now logged in for the selected agent group, e.g. Agent Group 1

Logging in more agent groups
To log in more agent groups, just press the display key for the relevant group,
e.g. Agent Group 2 (
• If you want to log into several agent groups at the same time, select the agent
groups before pressing "Log in/out".
• When you press the display key for a selected agent group again, it is no longer
selected.
