Automatic call acceptance on/off
You can accept CC calls automatically on your headset. At the end of the
conversation, the call is automatically disconnected so that you can
immediately take the next CC call.

You can end your pause in this menu.
Display agent groups
You will see an overview of the names of the groups that have been set up
together with their associated numbers.
