To adjust the volume with the VOLUME control on the main
unit
To increase the volume,turn the VOLUME controlclockwise.
To decrease the volume, turn the VOLUME control
counterclockwise.
To adjust the volume with the VOLUME buttons on the
remote control
To increase the volume, press the/_ button.
To decrease the volume, press the _/button.
BBE system (NSX-3900 only)-- For c lear a nd vivid
high-definition sound --* r_l
The BBE systemenhances the clarityofhigh-frequencysounds. It
also helps yourvoice to be clearer when singingwiththe Karaoke
functions.
Press the BBE button. Each time it is pressed, the level changes.
Select one of the four levels, or the off position, to suit your
preference.

Recording with BBE
Sound can be recorded with _BBE. When listening to a tape
recordedwith BBE, it is recommendedthat BBE be set to off.
SUPER T-BASS

T-BASS functionenhances the realism of low-frequencysounds.
Press the T-BASS button to turn on the d indicator.
To turn it off, press the T-BASS buttonagain.
GEQ (GRAPHIC EQUALIZER) --, []
For greater listeningpleasure, youcan select oneof threedifferent
equalizationcurves.
ROCK: Powerfulsound emphasizingtreble and bass.
POP: More presence of vocals and midrange.
CLASSIC: Sound enrichedwith heavy bass and fine treble.
a. To select an equalization mode
Press one ofthe GEQ buttons. You can check the selected mode
in the display.
b. To cancel the selected mode
Press the selected button again.
EQ oFF is displayed.
c. To select with the remote control
Press the GEQ button repeatedly until the desired equalization
curve is displayed.
