kSIC OPERATIONS
Press the CD button.
The poweristurned onand thebutton lights in red.
If a disc Is Inserted
You can turn the unit on and begin play by pressing the CD
button (direct play function).
Press the ----. O PEN/CLOSE button to open the disc
compartment.
Load disc(s) with the label side up.
(_) To play one or two discs
Place the discson trays 1 and 2.
(_) To play thlhL=e discs
After placingtwo discs,press the DISC CHANGE buttonto
rotatethe trays. Place the next disc on tray 3.

To loadan 8-cm (3-inch) disc, put it ontothe inner circleof the
tray.
Press the A OPEN/CL(i!SE button to close the disc
compartment.

(_) Total numberof tracks on the selected disc
(_ Music calendar
Note that only the first 20 tracksare displayed, even if the
disc contains21 tracks or more.
Press the <11_ button to start play.
Playbeginswiththe discon tray 1. Allthe discsare playedonce.
0 Number of track being played
(_) Playing time of track
(_) Number of track being played flashes.
During playback
A traywhich has no disc isskipped and play proceedsto the next
tray. The indicator of the skipped disc number goes out in the
display.
To stop play
Press the • button.
To stop and open the tray at the same time, press the • OPEN/
CLOSE button.
To pause
Press the II button.
In pause mode, the II button flashes.
To resume play, press it again.
