Per quanto riguarda l'installazione valgono alcuni criteri fondamentali da rispettare:
• Planarità e robustezza della superficie atta a sopportare il carico statico, dinamico e la frequenza propria del ventilatore.
Quando la frequenza propria del ventilatore coincide con la frequenza naturale del supporto le due agiscono in fase e si verifica in questo caso una
condizione di risonanza: l'ampiezza dell'oscillazione continua a crescere con tendenza all'infinito, e la struttura viene assoggettata a deformazioni via via
crescenti. In questo caso occorre modificare il supporto del ventilatore in modo da variarne la frequenza naturale. A volte si ha una condizione di risonanza
solo nei transitori, cioè durante le fasi di avviamento o di arresto dei macchinari. Per quanto possibile, la risonanza va sempre evitata Per ventilatori
industriali ad elevate velocità si consigliano solette in cemento rinforzate.
• Necessità di interporre tra il ventilatore e le sue interfacce (pavimento e tubazioni) degli organi di smorzamento delle vibrazioni (supporti antivibranti
opportunamente dimensionati e giunti antivibranti). I supporti non dovrebbero essere completamente schiacciati e dovrebbero sopportare un telaio di base
anziché gli elementi singoli del ventilatore. È comunque consigliabile consultare il costruttore per la loro scelta. Nella quasi totalità dei casi i ventilatori
vengono forniti preassemblati e pertanto, prima dell'installazione, è sufficiente verificare la tensione delle cinghie, la condizione dei cuscinetti, il livellamento
del ventilatore ed in generale di tutti i componenti. Nel caso in cui il ventilatore dovesse essere per ragioni di trasporto spedito smontato, la Mz Aspiratori
allegherà le opportune istruzioni per un assemblaggio corretto che dovrà essere eseguito comunque da personale qualificato.
• La progettazione e la realizzazione della connessione tra il ventilatore Mz Aspiratori e la rete elettrica deve essere effettuata da un elettricista esperto.
Deve sempre essere previsto dai 5,5 kW in poi un avviamento mediante stella triangolo, o inverter o altro tipo di avviamento graduale. È consigliato dalla
Mz Aspiratori l'inserimento nell'impianto di una valvola parzializzatrice per ridurre l'assorbimento in spunto. I ventilatori possono avere tempi di avviamento
molto lunghi e picchi di assorbimento pari al massimo moltiplicatore degli ampère di targa del motore elettrico, tutto l'impianto elettrico deve quindi essere
dimensionato in ragione dei tempi e degli assorbimenti di spunto.
Nei ventilatori flangiati esecuzione 5, per peso superiore ai 250kg, è necessario prediporre dei supporti ammortizzati che sostengano la cassa al fine di
sgravare parte del peso dalla bocca d'aspirazione. L'eventuale mancanza di un adeguato sostegno protebbe causare una deformazione permanente del
bocaglio can conseguente sfregamentodella girante con lo stesso.
DO NOT START THE MACHINE, BEFORE HAVING CHECKED THE CORRECT SOUNDNESS OF THE MACHINE.
Before starting any installation operation check that the machine is in safety conditions otherwise carry out the operations for reaching them.
The fan should be installed with a surrounding space sufficient for carrying out the standard assembling/disassembling, cleaning and maintenance
operations.
Later on, in this manual, we will indicate with the message "put the machine in safety conditions" the following operations:
- Be sure that the machine is disconnected from all the electrical supply
- Be sure that all working parts are completely still
- Wait that the inner and outer temperature of the machine have reached a value not dangerous in case of touch
- Light up correctly the area surrounding the machine (possibly equipping the operators with electric lamps)
- Wait that the possible flammable or combustible mixture inside the machine is completely deposited
- Mechanically block all parts in movement.
For any operation to carry out on the machine (maintenance and cleaning), the operators should be equipped with proper individual protection
devices (IPD):
- Antistatic accident-prevention shoes (certified)
- Antistatic protective clothes (certified)
- Helmets
- Anticut gloves
- Protective masks
- In addition to those protection devices described in the safety card of the product transported.
For the installation, the following fundamental criteria should be respected:
• Flatness and sturdiness of the surface to support the dynamic and static load and the frequency itself of the fan. When the fan frequency is the same as
the natural frequency of the support the two ones work in phase and a resonance condition occurs: the amplitude of the oscillation goes on increasing
tending to endlessly, and the structure is distorted more and more. In this case the fan support should be changed for modifying the natural frequency. A
resonance condition is sometimes present only in transients, that is during starting and stopping phases of machines. The resonance should be avoided as
far as possible. For industrial fans at high speed, reinforced concrete slabs are recommended.
• Need to place between the fan and its interfaces (floor and piping) some vibration damping devices (vibration damping supports suitably dimensioned and
vibration damping joints). The supports should not be completely flattened and should bear a basic frame rather than the single elements of the fan.
Nevertheless, it is advisable to refer to the manufacturer for a proper choice. In most cases fans are supplied pre-assembled and thus, before installation, it
is sufficient to check the tension of belts, the condition of bearings, the correct levelling of the fan and of all components as a whole. If, because of transport
reasons, the fan is supplied disassembled, Mz Aspiratori would add the suitable fitting instructions for a correct assembly which should be however carried
out by a qualified person authorized by the manufacturer.
• An expert electrician must plan and install the connection between the Mz Aspiratori fan and the mains electricity supply. From 5.5 Kw up, star-delta
starting or inverter starting or another type of gradual starting device must be provided.
Mz Aspiratori recommends including a limiting valve to reduce absorption during pickup. The fans may have very long starting times and absorption peaks
as high as the maximum multiplier of the rated amperes of the electric motor; therefore, the whole electric system must be dimensioned according to the
starting times and pickup absorption levels. In the flanged fans ex. 5, for weight over 250kg, it is necessary to arrange absorbing supports to take the case
in order to lighten partially the weight from the suction mouth. In case of lack of a suitable support, a permanent deformation of the nozzle may occur, with
consequent rubbing of the rotor with it.
IL EST FORMELLEMENT INTERDIT DE PROCÉDER AUX OPÉRATIONS DE MISE EN SERVICE AVANT D'AVOIR CONTRÔLÉ QUE LA MACHINE
EST EN PARFAIT ÉTAT.
Avant de débuter toute opération d'installation, vérifier que la machine est en conditions de sécurité ou, si nécessaire, la mettre en conditions
de sécurité.
Le ventilateur doit être installé avec un espace tout autour suffisant pour effectuer les opérations normales de montage/démontage, nettoyage et entretien.
Dans ce manuel, on entend par "mettre en sécurité la machine" l'exécution des opérations suivantes:
S'assurer que la machine est coupée de toutes les alimentations électriques
- S'assurer que tous les organes en mouvement sont complètement arrêtés
- Attendre que la température interne et externe de la machine ait atteint une valeur non dangereuse au toucher
- Éclairer correctement la zone où est installée la machine (en équipant éventuellement les opérateurs avec des torches électriques)
- Attendre que l'éventuel mélange inflammable ou combustible à l'intérieur de la machine soit complètement déposé.
- Bloquer mécaniquement toutes les parties en mouvement.
Pour toute opération sur la machine (entretien et nettoyage), les opérateurs devront être munis des équipements de protection individuelle (EPI)
prévus à cet effet:
- Chaussures de sécurité antistatiques (certifiées)
- Vêtements de protection antistatiques (certifiés)
- Casques
- Gants de sécurité
- Masques de protection
- Ainsi que des équipements de protection prévus dans la fiche de sécurité du produit transporté.
En ce qui concerne l'installation, il faut respecter un certain nombre de critères fondamentaux:
• Planéité et solidité de la surface devant supporter la charge statique, dynamique et la fréquence du ventilateur. Quand la fréquence propre du ventilateur
coïncide avec la fréquence naturelle du support, toutes deux agissent en phase et dans ce cas est présente une condition de résonance: l'amplitude de
l'oscillation continue de croître à l'infini et la structure est alors soumise à des déformations sans cesse plus importantes. Dans ce cas, il est nécessaire
de modifier le support du ventilateur de façon à en modifier la fréquence naturelle. La condition de résonance intervient parfois uniquement lors des pics
transitoires à savoir durant les phases de démarrage et d'arrêt des machines. Dans la mesure du possible, la résonance doit toujours être évitée. Pour les
ventilateurs industriels à haute vitesse, il est recommandé de réaliser des dalles renforcées en ciment.
• Nécessité d'interposer entre le ventilateur et ses interfaces (sol et conduites) des organes d'amortissement des vibrations (supports antivibratiles
opportunément dimensionnés et joints antivibratiles). Les supports ne devraient pas être complètement écrasés et ils devraient soutenir un cadre de base
plutôt que chaque élément du ventilateur. Il est dans tous les cas conseillé de consulter le fabricant avant de les choisir. Dans la presque totalité des cas,
les ventilateurs sont fournis prémontés et, par conséquent, avant leur mise en place, il suffit de contrôler la tension des courroies, la condition des
roulements, la mise de niveau du ventilateur et, en général, des différentes pièces. Si le ventilateur doit être expédié démonté pour des raisons de
