適応範囲：すべてのヒト用食品（豚肉加工食品を除く）。
上記の試験法を用いる場合には、以下の詳細に従ってください。
検体の準備：
ISOに指定の希釈液のみを使用してください。
培養：
魚介類については、3MペトリフィルムRCCプレートを30ºC±1ºCで24時間±2時間培養します。
その他の食品については、3MペトリフィルムRCCプレートを35ºC±1ºCで24時間±2時間培養します。
判定：
希釈毎に1プレートに対し、ISO 7218
る検証の適用範囲外です。
