Inkubation:
Til fiske- og skaldyrsprodukter skal 3M Petrifilm RCC Tællepladerne inkuberes i 24 timer ± 2 timer ved 30 °C ± 1 °C.
Til alle andre fødevarer skal 3M Petrifilm RCC Tællepladerne inkuberes i 24 timer ± 2 timer ved 35 °C ± 1 °C.
Aflæsning:
Beregn antallet af mikroorganismer til sted testprøven ifølge ISO 7218
ISO 16140 valideringen.
