WHEEL BASE AND TRACK MEASUREMENT PROGRAM

The window can be called up from different parts of the program by pressing the F8 key,
selecting the "Wheel Base and Track" option from the list and pressing the F3 key.
When the function is accessed, the program prompts the user to enter the distance in
millimetres or inches (according to the unit of measurement set in the setup) between the centre
of the wheel (tread) and the inside edge of the wheel of the sensor mounted on the wheel.
After the value measured is entered, pressing F3 displays the window with all the track and
wheel base values that can be measured for the vehicle in question.
If a value cannot be measured (there is an obstacle between two sensors), the program will
show three asterisks "***" inside the relevant measuring window.
In this window, the wheel base and track values for the vehicle are updated cyclically.
The following keys are active in this window:
- F1 displays the on-line "Help" function
- F2 returns to the previous window
- F3 (or "Enter"): advances to the next window
- F5 sets the units of measurement

selecting the "Previous Jobs" option from the list and pressing the F3 key.
If the job record (at least the registration number) has been filled in for the vehicle being
measured, when this function is accessed the program displays the list of jobs already saved for
the vehicle; otherwise, it displays the full list of all the jobs on record, to allow selection of the
job required.
After selecting the memorised job for display, press F3 and the screen will display all the values
saved and the values currently measured, to allow easy comparison, so any shifts in the
vehicle's geometry can be identified at a glance.
