Using the 3-D digi-adjuster to alter
settings in flight
Many model settings can only be optimised when the
model is in the air. A typical example of this is aileron
differential, or Expo settings.
Each of the two 3-D digi-adjusters can be assigned
any of the parameters which are marked in the menus
with a small hyphen " - ".
F
Button
is used to unlock / lock the allocated values
for alteration:
Example - aileron differential:
1. Select the parameter Aileron differential
Select the menu £Mixer , Ail.Diff. and press
ENTER to confirm. Select Diff . and confirm again
with ENTER:
2. Press the Accept button
The 3-D digi-adjuster symbol now appears on the
screen instead of the percentage value (%) for the
parameter:
Now press one of the 3-D digi-adjusters to select
the one (left or right) which you wish to use to al-
ter the value in flight.
3. You can now leave the menu and return to the
Status display.
The top line in Status displays 1 - 3 now shows
that aileron differential Ail.Diff. can be ad-
justed using the right-hand 3-D digi-adjuster:
If you now press or rotate the appropriate 3-D digi-
adjuster, the current set-up value for the parameter
appears on the screen for a moment:
