c. While holding the barrel tips of the anchor tubes
(ind. 9) engaged in the guide tube (ind. 10), tighten
the HM16 bolts (ind. 5) and M16 nuts into contact
(ind. 4).
GB
d. Angularly guide the anchors in rotation around the
axis of the HM16 bolts (ind. 5) and in position in the
oblong hole of the plate (ind. 8) to obtain an angle
between the tubes of the two anchors (ind. 9) of 90°
+/-5°.
"IMPORTANT": An M16 (ind. 6) washer must be
positioned on the head side of the HM16 bolt (ind. 5) on
the plate side (ind. 7) and an M16 washer under the nut
on the bracket side (ind. 2).
e. After checking compliance of angles, tighten to
torque as per section 7.3.1 in order, HM16 bolts
(ind. 5) and M16 nuts with a 24 spanner and a
24 socket torque wrench, then tighten the HM16 bolt
(ind. 3) with a 24 spanner.

The following installation procedure refers to Figures 13
and 14 page 8:
a. Place the axis of the securing hole (ind. 8) in the axis
of the structural anchor hole (ind. 9).
b. As appropriate place a bolt for securing onto metal
structures in the structural anchor (ind. 3) (Fig. 13); a
screw or a threaded M16 anchor rod (Fig. 14) in the
case of securing onto a concrete installation plane.
"IMPORTANT": You must insert an M16 stainless
steel washer (ind. 5) between the plate (ind. 7) and the
structural anchor bolt head or nut (ind. 3).
c. Tighten the M16 structural anchor using one or two
24 mm spanners.
d. Guide the assembled bend anchor (ind. 1) into the
recommended angular position and then tighten the
structural anchor to torque as per section 7.3.1 using
the torque wrench.
28
"IMPORTANT": The reaction surface (ind. 14)
of the plate (ind. 7) must bear on the bend anchor
installation surface.
The rest of the procedure refers to Figure 15 on page 9:
e. Insert the cable (ind. 11) successively into the first
anchor tube (ind. 12) and then into the guide tube
(ind. 10) and finally into the second anchor tube
(ind. 12).
f. Check that the cable (ind. 11) slides freely in the
tubes (ind. 12).
 Installation is complete.

6.6.4. Installing on interface plate
"DANGER": Before installation, check that the
interface plate for this installation is specified for shear
resistance of 20 kN.
The following installation procedure refers to Figure 16
on page 10:
a. Place the axis of the securing hole (ind. 8) in the axis
of the interface plate hole (ind. 9).
b. Place the M16 securing bolts (ind. 3) equipped with
the M16 washer (ind. 5) into the hole of the interface
plate (ind. 9) and then into the securing hole of the
plate (ind. 8).
c. Locate the second M16 washer (ind. 5) and set up
the M16 nut (ind. 4).
d. Tighten the M16 securing bolt and nut with a
24 mm socket wrench on the plate side and a
24 mm spanner on the interface plate side. guide
the assembled bend anchor (ind. 1) into the
recommended angular position and then tighten to
torque as per section 7.3.1 using the torque wrench.
"IMPORTANT": The surface (ind. 14) of the plate
(ind. 7) must bear on the interface plate.
