-Insert the guide shoe of the timing
chain.
Insert the dowels between head and
cylinder, insert the head gasket and
the head on the cylinder.
-Screw the nuts and tighten them to
the specified torque according to a
crossed sequence and in 2 o 3
stages.

- Install the two screws of the timing
chain side, tightening them to the
specified torque.

-Install the timing chain control pinion
on the driving shaft with the chamfer
facing the side where it is inserted.
-Insert the timing control chain on the
d r i v i n g s h a f t .
-Insert the screw coupling shoe from
the head side.
-Install the spacer with the fastening
screw.
-Tighten the screw to the specified
t o r q ue.

-Install pins and rocker arms.
-Lubricate the 2 rocker arms through
the superior holes.
-Lubricate the 2 capacities and
insert the camshaft in the head with
the cams opposite to the rocker
arms.
-Insert the check plate and screw
tight the 2 screws (F. 135), tightening
them to the specified torque.

-Introduire le patin de guidage de la
chaîne de distribution.
Introduire les vis de centrage entre
la culasse et le cylindre, monter le
joint de culasse et la culasse sur le
c y l i n d r e .
-Visser les écrous et les bloquer en
séquence croisée, et en 2 ou 3
reprises, au couple prescrit.

- Monter les deux vis du côté de la
chaîne de distribution et les bloquer

graissage est bien propre. Nettoyer au
moyen d'un jet d'air comprimé.

-Installer le pignon de commande de
la chaîne de distribution sur l'arbre
moteur.
-Introduire la chaîne de commande de
la distribution sur l'arbre moteur.
-Introduire le patin tendeur du côté de
la culasse.
-Monter l'entretoise avec la vis de
f i x a t i o n .
-Serrer la vis au couple prescrit.

-Monter les axes et les balanciers.
-Graisser les 2 balanciers par les trous
supérieurs.
-Graisser les 2 résistances
mécaniques et introduire l'arbre à
cames dans la culasse avec les
cames opposées aux balanciers.
-Introduire la plaque de retenue et
serrer les 2 vis (F. 135), en les
bloquant au couple prescrit.

Insertar las espigas de centraje entre
l a c u l a t a y e l c i l i n d r o , m o n t a r l a j u n t a

-Enroscar las tuercas y apretarlas pro-
cediendo en cruz, con 2 ó 3 pasa-
das, según el par de apriete indica-
d o .

-Montar el piñón de mando cadena di-
stribución sobre el eje motor con el
canto achaflanado de cara al lado de
introducción.
-Insertar la cadena de mando distri-
bución en el cigüeñal.
-Insertar el patín tensor por el lado
d e l a c u l a t a .
-Montar el distanciador con el tornillo
d e f i j a c i ó n .
-Apretar el tornillo según el par de
apriete indicado.

-Montar los pernos y los balancines.
-Engrasar los 2 balancines a través
de los orificios superiores.
-Engrasar los 2 apoyos e insertar el
árbol de levas en la culata con las
levas en posición opuesta a los
balancines.
-Insertar la placa de retén y enroscar
los 2 tornillos (F. 135), apretándolos
según el par de apriete indicado.
