A workout distance can be selected between 0,5 km to 99,5 km . The distance
can be entered in increments of 0,5 km .
If a value for distance is entered the kilometres travelled count down . A beep
tone signals when 00:00 is reached.

during the work out can be selected between 10 and 9990 and entered in
increments of 10 .
