Inconveniente
IL PANNELLO NON SCORRE
Causa
1 - L'altezza del pressore trasci-
natore non è regolata in base
allo spessore del pannello.
2 - Il pressore non è parallelo al
piano di lavoro lungo la dire-
zione di scorrimento.
3 - Il pannello non è bloccato du-
rante la lavorazione.
Rimedi
1 - Registrare l'altezza del pres-
sore trascinatore in funzione
dello spessore del pannello
verifi cando la misura sull'indi-
catore C; fare attenzione che
durante la regolazione la vite
A sia allentata.
2 - Questa anomalia si presenta
quando si esegue la regolazio-
ne del pressatore con la vite A
bloccata; eseguire nuovamen-
te la regolazione come indicato
al punto 1.
3 - Pulire il tappeto per ripristina-
re il grip (cap 7.5).
La regolazione dei pressori
trascinatore senza lo sbloccaggio
della vite A puo' provocare un
disassamento permanente e
compromettere il trascinamento
del pannello.

THE PANEL DOES NOT SLIDE
Cause
1 - The height of the feeder pres-
ser is not regulated on the
basis of the panel thickness.
2 - The presser is not parallel to
the work surface along the
running direction.
3 - The panel is not blocked du-
ring working.
Solutions
A
1 - Regulate the height of the
feeder presser depending on
the thickness of the panel,
verifying the measurement on
the indicator C. Make sure that
during regulation screw A is
loosened.
2 - This anomaly occurs when the
presser is regulated with the

screw A blocked; repeat the
regulation agian as indicated in
point 1.
3 - Clean the belt to restore the grip
(chap 7.5).
Regulation of the feeder pressers
without loosening the screw A
can cause a permanent offset and
compromise panel feeding.
