5.3. MONTAGGIO BORDO
- Controllare che il bordo sia di
dimensioni idonee in funzione
dello spessore del pannello.
Il bordo non deve sporgere
più di 2 mm per parte dal
pannello.
- Aprire il carter A.
- Posizionare la bobina H sul
portabobina rispettando l'orien-
tamento indicato.
- Sollevare al massimo i due re-
gistri A e B e bloccarli;
- Inserire il bordo fra la guida
bordo D e la molla C facendolo
avanzare in prossimità del rullo
E;
- Regolare in altezza i due registri
A e B lasciando circa 0,5 mm
di gioco per lo scorrimento del
bordo.
Al fi ne della corretta registrazione
è molto importante che il bordo
sia allineato alla cesoia.
La regolazione è ottimale quando
il bordo rimane in guida e il suo
scorrimento è libero.

5.3
FITTING THE EDGING
STRIP
- Check that the edge is the right
size for the thickness of the pa-
nel.
The edge must not overlap more
than 2 mm on each size of the
panel.
- Open the sump A.
- Position the reel H on the reel-
holder respecting the direction
indicated.
- Lift the two regulators A and B to
maximum and block them;
- Insert the edge between the edge
guide D and the spring C making
it advance in proximity of the roll
E;
- Regulate the two regulators A
and B in height leaving about 0.5
mm of play in order for the edge
to run.
For correct regulation to be
performed, it is very important
that the edge is aligned with the
shears.
Regulation is excellent when the
edge remains in the guide and
runs freely.
