5.11.3 Sostituzione coltelli fre-
se refi latore superiore
e inferiore
La sostituzione delle frese deve
essere eseguita da un tecnico
specializzato perché comporta
numerose regolazioni.
Attenzione al corretto montaggio
delle frese; la fresa superiore è
sinistra mentre quella inferiore è
destra.
Maneggiare gli utensili usando i
guanti di protezione.
- Smontare il carter frontale A.
- Alzare completamente il pres-
sore pannello a 50mm.
- Allentare i pomelli B.
- Sfi lare le due cappe C superio-
re ed inferiore rispettivamente
verso l'alto e verso il basso.
- Svitare la vite D di bloccaggio
fresa mediante l'uso della chiave
e del perno accessorio forniti
in dotazione con la macchina.
(La vite della fresa superiore
ha il fi letto dx, la vite della fresa
inferiore ha il fi letto sx).
- Sostituire i coltelli E in funzione
delle frese in dotazione rispet-
tando il corretto posizionamento
del tagliente.
- Rimontare la fresa e serrare il
dado D mediante la chiave e il
perno accessorio.
I coltelli dei refi latori non
possono essere riaffi lati e
devono
essere sostituiti tutti e quattro
assieme.

5.11.3 Substitute blades in
upper and lower board
cutting knives
The cutters must be replaced by
a specialised technician as many
regulations must be made.
Pay attention to correct assembly
of the cutters. The upper cutter is
left while the lower cutter is right.
Handle tools using protective
gloves.
- Remove the front sump A.
- Lift the panel presser completely
to 50 mm.
- Loosen the knobs B.
- Slide the two hoods C upper and
lower out respectively upwards
and downwards.
- Loosen the cutter lock nut D using
the spanner and pin accessory
supplied with the machine. (The
upper cutter screw has the right
thread, the lower cutter has the
left thread).
- Replace the knives E depending
on the cutter supplied, respecting
the correct positioning of the cut-
ting edge.
- Re-mount the cutter and tighten
the nut D using the accessory
wrench and pin.
The cutter blades must not be
sharpened and all four must be
changed at the same time.
