Inconveniente
IL BORDO DELLA BOBINA
NON VIENE TRASCINATO
Causa
Il bordo non scorre a causa di:
1- errato inserimento del pannel-
lo.
2- bordo inceppato
3- Il rullo traina bordo è sporco
Rimedi
1- il pannello deve essere inserito
mantenendolo in battuta contro
la guida A e accompagnandolo
fi no al trascinatore (fi g.5).
2- verifi care che il bordo sia libero
di scorrere lungo il tragitto e che
rimanga in guida.
Controllare che il bordo abbia
circa 0,5 mm di gioco per lo
scorrimento nella guida bordo
C e D (fi g.6).
3- se si è eseguita la lavorazione
con listelli di legno, pulire il rullo
da eventuali residui.

MAL FUNZIONAMENTO DEL
CARICATORE PER LISTELLI
IN LEGNO
Causa
1 - Battuta legno mal regolata.
Rimedi
1- Prendere un listello e regolare
la battuta C facendo si che il li-
stello scorra liberamente e che
non passino 2 listelli per volta.
Effettuare le prove manual-
mente.

THE REEL EDGE IS NOT FED
Cause
The edge does not move because
of:
1 -incorrect panel insertion.
2 -jammed edge
3- The edge feeding roll is dirty

Solutions
1- the panel must be kept up against
D
the guide A when it is inserted
and accompanied as far as the
feeder (fi g. 4).
2 -
free to slide along its feed route
and that it remains within the
guides.
Check that the edge has about
0.5 mm of play so it can slide
between the edge guides C and
D (fi g.5).
3- if wooden slats have been wor-
ked, remove any residues from
the roll.

MALFUNCTIONING OF THE WO-
Cause
1 -Wood stroke regulated badly.
Solutions
1- Take a slat and regulate the stro-
ke C so that the slat runs freely
and 2 slats do not pass at a time.
Perform the tests manually.
