5.9. REGOLAZIONE VERTI-
CALE RASCHIABORDO
La regolazione dei tastatori agisce
sulla distanza in altezza dell'uten-
sile dal pannello aumentando o
diminuendo l'asportazione del
bordo.
I tastatori vengono registrati in
fabbrica e non necessitano di ul-
teriori regolazioni; la regolazione
è delicata, quindi intervenire solo
se si è sicuri che il malfunzio-
namento sia dovuto ai tastatori
(verifi care prima tutti gli inconve-
nienti riportati nel cap.8) .
Aprire il pressore e registrare
come indicato di seguito:
- Allentare le viti A.
- Ruotare le viti C del tastatore
superiore in senso antiorario per
aumentare l'asportazione del
bordo e orario per diminuirla.
- Ruotare le viti E del tastatore
inferiore in senso orario per
aumentare l'asportazione del
bordo e antiorario per diminuir-
la.
- Serrare le viti A.
Le due viti C ed E devono essere
regolate allo stesso modo e ruo-
tate con lo stesso numero di giri
per mantenere i tastatori paralleli
al piano di lavoro.
Se necessario aggiustare l'aspor-
tazione nel senso delle frecce
regolando i tastatori.
Per regolare l'asportazione oriz-
zontale non manomettere il tasta-
tore F, ma agire sul movimento
orizzontale dei raschiabordo.

5.9. ADJUSTING THE FEEL-
ER PIN OF THE EDGE
SCRAPING CUTTER
Feeler adjustment acts on the
height of the cutter above the panel,
thus increasing or decreasing edge
removal.
The feelers are regulated in the
factory and does not require
further interventions. Regulation
is delicate, therefore only
intervene if you are sure that
the malfunctioning is due to the
feelers (fi rst check all problems
given in chap. 8).
Open the presser and regulate as
indicated below:
- Loosen the screws A.
- Turn the screws C of the upper
feeler anti-clockwise to increase
removal of the edge and clockwi-
se to decrease it.
- Turn the screws E of the lower
feeler clockwise to increase
removal of the edge and anti-
clockwise to decrease it.
- Tighten the screws A.
The two screws C, E must be ad-
justed in the same manner and ro-
tate with the same number of turns
so that the feeler pins are parallel
to the work surface.
If necessary, adjust suction in the
direction of the arrows by regulating
the feelers.
To regulate horizontal removal, do
not tamper with the feeler F, but
act on the horizontal movement of
the edge scrapers.
