6.1.1 Funzioni di comando

1 - Pulsante di emergenza
Premendo il pulsante di emer-
genza A si disattivano tutti i
circuiti elettrici e pneumatici
della macchina.
Il pulsante è a ritenuta mecca-
nica. Per il ripristino ruotare il
pulsante in senso orario.
2 - Interruttore generale lu-
chettabile
Inserisce (posizione I) e disin-
serisce (posizione O) la tensio-
ne di alimentazione al circuito
primario della macchina.
In posizione O la colla si raffredda
e per un successivo riutilizzo
occorre attendere
circa 15 minuti.
3 - Spia presenza tensione
Accesa segnala la presenza di
tensione elettrica.
4 - Pulsante marcia
Avvia i gruppi operatori della
macchina.
5 - Pulsante arresto
Arresta i gruppi operatori della
macchina.
6 - Selettore
Avvia il traino del pezzo.
7 - Pulsante riarmo
Resetta il circuito di coman-
do.
8 - Tasto bordo
Abilita la macchina alla lavora-
zione con bordo.
9 - Tasto stand by
Dopo un tempo (stabilito)
minuti di inutilizzo, automati-
camente la temperatura vasca
colla và a 150°.
10 - Tasto intestatore
Abilita il gruppo intestatore.
11 - Tasto listelli (fi no a 2 mm)
Abilita la macchina alla lavora-
zione con listelli legno fi no a 2
mm).
12 - Tasto listelli
(da 2,5 a 5 mm)
Abilita la macchina alla lavora-
zione con listelli legno da 2,5 a
5 mm.

6.1.1 Control functions

1 - Emergency button
By pressing the emergency
button A all electric and pneu-
matic circuits in the machine
will be deactivated.
The button is mechanically
self-locking. To restore, turn
the button clockwise.
2 - General lockable switch
Connects (position I) and
disconnects (position O) the
power to the primary circuit of
the machine.
In position O the glue cools and to
use it again you must wait
approx. 15 minutes.
3 - Voltage presence indicator
When on, it signals the pre-
sence of electrical voltage.
4 - Start button
Start the machine operating
units.
5 - Stop button
Stop the machine operating
units.
6 - Selector switch
Start feeding the piece.
7 - Rearm button
Resets the control circuit
8 - Edge key
Enables the machine to work
with the edge
9 - Stand by key
After a period of time (esta-
blished) minutes of non-use,
the glue pot temperature au-
tomatically goes to 150°.
10 - End trimmer key
Enables the end trimmer unit
11 - Slats key (up to 2 mm)
Enables the machine to
work with slats of wood up to
2mm).
12 - Slats key
(from 2.5 to 5 mm)
Enables the machine to work
with slats of wood from 2.5 to
5 mm.
