19.1. Sample Mass and Reference Sample Mass Comparison
Comparison methods:

Entering reference mass, to do it press
•
Accepting mass of load resting on the weighing pan as a reference mass, to do it press
button (Set as 100%).
•
selecting product, out of products database, for which 'mass' parameter has been defined; to
do it press
Procedure 1 – entering reference mass manually
1. Press
button (Set reference mass).
2. Enter the reference mass value and press
3. Weighed products mass is compared to the reference mass, the weight difference is displayed in
[%].
Procedure 2 – accepting mass of load resting on the weighing pan as a reference mass
1. Load the weighing pan with the sample, wait for a stable indication.
2. Press
button (Set as 100%).
3. 100.000% indication is displayed, weight of the product resting on the weighing pan is accepted as
reference mass, it is automatically recorded and displayed in reference mass field.
4. Unload the weighing pan.
5. From now on the weighed products mass is compared to the reference mass, the weight
difference is displayed in [%].
Procedure 3 – selecting product from Products Database:
1. Press
button (Products database). Select product that is to be weighed.
2. Info field automatically displays modified information concerning reference mass.
3. Product-related reference mass is automatically recorded and displayed in reference mass field.
Press
button to open reference mass field.
4. 0.00 % indication is displayed (for unloaded pan).
5. From now on the weighed products mass is compared to the reference mass, the weight
difference is displayed in [%].
button (Products database).
1. Setup – press to access balance menu.
2. Print header – press to print data declared
in the header.
3. Print footer – press to print data declared in
the footer.
4. Products Database – press to select
products from products database.
5. Percent weighing: press to set reference
mass.
6. Percent weighing: press to set as 100%.
button (Set reference mass).
button to confirm.
