Safety instructions
Please observe the following safety instructions, for your own
safety and that of your customers.
The safety instructions not only draw your attention to possible
hazards but also provide information as to how you can avoid
them in the first place.
The safety instructions are also incorporated into the operating
instructions, where they are identified by the following symbols:

Safety information for operating staff

To ascertain the robots are not damaged
i
Make sure that the robots are not damage.
i
You can always stop all movement of robot and turn plates
by pressing the Emergency Stop button.
i
Before you release the Emergency Stopp button in order
to restart the robots, ensure that there are no car, no
obstacles and no persons on the lift, and flat this one is set
down to its button position.

Drive carefully onto the lift. Apply no handbrake and park
the car in 1st gear ("P" for cars with automatic gear).

Before driving the car off the lift, make sure that the robots
are in their initial positions and no longer positioned on the
car.

When the wheel alignment system is not in use, switch the
power supply off at the red/yellow main switch.

Do not leave a vehicle parked on the lift.
i
Do always keap the driving range of the robots clear of all
obstacles!
No repairs or other work may be carried out on a
vehicle except for wheel alignment at adjustment.

Observe accident prevention regulations.
Before beginning any maintenance work (e.g. repla-
cing bulbs or fuses), disconnect the system from the
electricity supply.
Work on the electrical parts of the system should only
be carried out by a qualified electrician.

Electrical parts of the system must be protected from
dampness and all other forms of moisture.

Handling hazardous materials

Hydraulic oil are classified as special waste.
They must be disposed of according to local regulations.

Batteries are classified as special waste.
They must be disposed of according to special regulations
!
For disposal of the entire system after its lifecycle remove
all electrical, electronic and plastic parts. The rest is to be
disposed as hazardous waste according to local regulati-
ons.
