From a metrological point of view, you should be aware that caster
is calculated by watching camber change versus steering angle
(toe change). That means that for caster measurement there is
NO brake pedal deressor required. On the other hand, this
procedure does not allow live caster values, i.e. caster changes.
It is not possible to calculate them from camber changes that may
happen during caster adjustment.
The usual technology to give live caster values is to watch the
rotation of a wheel on which the brake is fully locked. As the
probe's software is not yet equipped with wheel rotation measu-
rement, there is a workaround process required, as shown here:
The procedure starts at the front axle adjustment screen, in raised
position or not.
Please do not change anything on the caster, without
having executed the following steps. You do not have
live caster readings yet.
On the front axle screen, pres ‚Front Axle' once more (left). There
will be a screen with different menu options (right):

After pressing the third button from below, that holds the camber
symbol, you will be shown a preparation screen, There, you are
asked to mount the brake pedal depressor, and to put the
measurement targets onto the front wheels.
Please ensure that the brake is tightly closed, it may even make
sense to start the engine for a short moment to get braking
pressure into the system. Concerning the targets, you should try
to have them moreorless on the center of the wheel.
