Advise the patient to bring the most up-to-date patient ID card to all MRI appointments. MRI personnel can
then use the patient ID card to identify Boston Scientific as the manufacturer of the patient's Spinal Cord
Stimulator System and to confirm the model number of the implanted IPG and Leads.
