The air inside the tyre must be fully bled before proceeding. Never attempt to break the
bead until all air is removed from the tire. Failure to remove all air from tire may result
in injury to operator, or damage to equipment, tire, or wheel.
CAUTION!
The machine carries out 3 phases in sequence: top
bead breaking (sequence 2), bottom bead breaking
(sequence 3) and tyre demounting (sequence 4). If
necessary, the automatic sequence can be interrupted
at any moment by pressing the stop button (Fig. 22).
Subsequently the individual phase can be repeated or
you can proceed in manual mode.
N.B.: before beginning the bead breaking operation,
position the infl ation valve at 3 o'clock (Fig. 22a). During
the various work phases, the machine automatically di-
rects the valve position to reduce the risk of damaging it.
CAUTION!
Always verify the presence and size of the sensor on
the infl ation valve in order to assess the possibility of
operating in automatic mode. Alternatively, you can
proceed manually.
