Check that both the upper and lower beads and the rim bead

mounting.
Safety goggles with plain lenses and safety footwear must
be worn.
Clamp the rim on the turntable during infl ation.
Remove the valve stem core if not already done (Fig. 29a).
Connect the infl ation hose to the valve stem (Fig. 29b).
Press the
beads adhere. Stop frequently to check the air pressure in the
tyre on the pressure gauge (1, Fig. 29b).
CAUTION!
Avoid personal injury. Carefully read, under-
stand and follow all instructions.
1. Overinfl ated tyres can explode, producing haz-
ardous fl ying debris that may result in an accident.
2. Tyres and rims that do not have the same diameter do not correspond. Do not attempt
to mount or infl ate tyres with rims that do not correspond. For example, never mount a
16" tyre on a 16.5" rim, (or vice versa). It is very dangerous. Tyres and rims that do not
correspond could explode, causing accidents.
3. Never exceed the infl ation pressure for the tyre (as read on the pressure gauge) indi-
cated by the manufacturer on the side of the tyre itself.
4. Never place your head or any part of your body over a tyre during the infl ation process
or when attempting to seat beads.
This machine is not intended to be a restraining device for exploding tyres, tubes or rims.
5. Always stand back from the tyre changer when infl ating, never lean over.
