Loosen the exhaust valve cable adjusters 010.
Remove the exhaust valve cables bracket 020.
Remove the exhaust valve cables
pulley.
Repeat on the other exhaust valve.
Remove the thermostat case 040.
Remove the electric parts holder
frame.
Remove the actuator assembly 060.
Remove the sprocket cover.
Remove the gear shift lever.
Loosen the rear axle nut and drive chain
adjusters.
Push the rear wheel forward or remove the
rear wheel, and disengage the drive chain from
the rear sprocket.
Disengage the drive chain from the engine
sprocket.
Remove the engine sprocket from the drive
shaft using the snap ring pliers.
Remove the oil pump cover.
MOTOR
Aflojar los dispositivos de regulación de los ca-
bles de la válvula de escape 010.
Sacar el soporte de los cables 020.

Proceder de la misma manera para la otra vál-
vula de escape.
Desmontar el cuerpo

Desmontar el grupo accionador 060.
Desmontar la tapa del piñón.
Desmontar la palanca del cambio.
Aflojar el perno de la rueda trasera y los regula-
dores de los tensores de la cadena.
Empujar la rueda trasera hacia adelante o de-
smontarla y bajar la cadena de la corona.
Soltar la cadena del piñón del motor.
Desmontar el piñón del árbol, después de ha-
ber sacado el anillo de fijación con la pinza
apropiada.
Sacar la tapa de la bomba del aceite.
